FAQ
Are kids allowed?
Your kids are welcome to join you for the weekend. However, we would like all wedding celebrations to be adults only.
Thank you for understanding!
What's the weather like in Colorado in May?
The weather in Boulder in May can be quite variable, so we recommend keeping an eye on the forecast as we get closer to the event. Typically, the weather is mild and pleasant, with average highs around 70°F (21°C) and cooler evenings dipping into the 40s°F (5–8°C). Once the sun sets, it can feel a bit chilly, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or shawl as we will be eating dinner outside.
What's the dress code?
For the welcome party, we invite guests to join us in casual attire for an evening of gathering and celebration as the weekend begins.
For the wedding day, cocktail attire is requested. Cocktail attire is a balance between formal and casual, typically requiring a knee-length, midi, or tea-length dress for women and a suit with a tie for men. The focus is on sophisticated, elegant, and festive clothing.
Where are you registered?
More information to come. But know you do not need to get us a gift. We are very grateful that you are making the effort to be there for the celebrations.
How do we get to the wedding?
Transportation will be provided to and from Burning Sky Farm and Downtown Boulder by shuttle. You can also use a rideshare service or drive to the venue, but keep in mind that parking onsite is limited.
Where is the Welcome Party?
We’re kicking off the weekend with a welcome gathering at the Koenig Alumni Center. We'd love for you to stop by for an after dinner drink starting at X pm!
